In 2013 I had foot surgery and it went terribly.  I have still not fully recovered to optimal health.  I was in a bad place when I found a fantastic physical therapist named Carol, who did Trigger point release, as well as myofascial manipulations on my leg and foot.  I was amazed at the amount of progress we made in such a short amount of time, just from physical touch.  This is when I decided to move to San Diego to learn as much as possible and work with my best friend, a kinesiologist for over 10 years.

   In 2014, I attended school at Healing Hands of Holistic Health in Escondido, CA and received my HHP in 9 months. After graduation I went on to do a Structural Integration Mentorship in a Physical Therapy Clinic in LA county with Ken Smith.  Following that I assisted teaching a Structural Class with Ken as well.  I became a Certified Reiki Master in July of 2015 and teacher in 2020. In November 2017, I completed a workshop with Erik Dalton on Myoskeletal Alignment Techniques.  I have recently expanded into the world of Dr. John Upledger's Cranial Sacral, beginning in 2019, along with Barral's Visceral Manipulation (organ massage).  I am working towards a cranial sacral Mentorship and Certification with the Upledger Institute at the moment. 

  When I am not massaging I love to visit farmer's markets and cook.  I really thrive while in nature; backpacking and hiking.  I have hiked Mount Whitney and Mount Kilimanjaro along with many National Parks.   I think connecting with nature is an integral part of life!
